No refund is available after a consultation begins or is completed. Personalised or handwritten Kundli orders are normally non-refundable once work has started.

Report a wrong or damaged physical item within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing evidence. An appropriate replacement or resolution will be provided for valid cases.

Actual costs may be deducted once materials or priests have been arranged for a Puja. Contact us with transaction proof for duplicate payments or technical payment errors.
